Upgrade account #
There are 2 cases when you will need to upgrade your account.
- When your user database is exceed to your current limit
There are various level of our pricing based on your user database. If your NationBuilder user database is increased above the limit of your current level, you will get notification on your account area to upgrade the account. Simply click on it and proceed ahead to upgrade the account.
- When you want to use add-on service (i.e : Canvassing)
If you have not selected add-ons while signing up, and now you wanted to enroll for the add-on, then you can upgrade the account by going into Memberships -> Change Membership. Select Add-on (i.e : Canvassing here) and proceed ahead.
Downgrade #
There will be only 1 case when you will need to downgrade the account and that is when you want to opt-out from the add-ons (i.e : canvassing). In this case, you should go to Memberships -> Change membership, un-check the Add-on and proceed ahead.
